Virtual Piano Keyboard

OP Virtual Piano

What is the Virtual Piano?

A virtual piano keyboard is perfect when there isn't a real piano or a keyboard at home or when your piano or keyboard isn't next to a computer. The online piano keyboard simulates a real piano keyboard with 7 1/4 octaves of 88 keys (only five octaves for mobile devices), a sustain pedal, multiple instrument sounds, CDE or DoReMi letter notes, a metronome, octave shift, recording, and a full-screen mode.

How to use the Virtual Piano keyboard?

Use your computer mouse or keyboard to play the virtual piano keyboard (or the device touch screen for mobile devices). You can view the corresponding computer keyboard letters by opening the Settings panel and choosing a PC Keyboard layout.

What features does the Virtual Piano include?

PC Keyboard

Show the corresponding computer keyboard keys. Choose between Real (middle octaves) and Full (entire keyboard spectrum).

Note Labels

Display CDE or Do Re Mi letter notes on the piano keys.

Visible Keys

Switch between a focused five-octave view and the full 88-key display.

Octave Shift

Shift the keyboard up or down by octaves so you can reach higher or lower notes while keeping the same key layout.

Sounds

Choose from over 30 instrument sounds including grand piano, electric piano, organ, strings, brass, woodwinds, guitar, and synth.

Sustain (on by default)

Simulates a piano's sustain pedal. Use the sustaining feature to let the sounds freely continue until they naturally cease.

Metronome

Play at a steady tempo with an adjustable metronome. Set BPM and time signature, and change them on the fly without interrupting the beat.

Recorder

Record your performance and export it as an MP3 file. Simply hit record, play, and download.

Full Screen

Expand the piano to fill the entire screen for a distraction-free playing experience.
